We are proud to designate the Hilton Shreveport as our host hotel. It is connected to the Shreveport Convention Center where the meeting will take place. A block of guest rooms is being held for the conference until Thursday, January 6, 2011, or until the guest room block is full.

To make your reservations by phone, call 1-800-HILTONS (1-800-445-8667) and be sure to mention the group code LCS and receive the special single or double guest room rate of $120.00.

· On the first screen, input the arrival and departure dates, then click on the GO button

· Once you are taken to the second screen, this is where you will complete the reservations details (including stay information and room type preferences.

· After completing the Stay Information and Room Type Preferences sections, scroll down to the Special Accounts section. Input the group code LCS next to the field labeled: GROUP/CONVENTION CODE. Then click on the CONTINUE button.

· You can select the type of room you prefer (Double-Queen or King) at the group rate and complete your reservation.
